  The worst phone customer service almost 5 hours on the phone without getting deal done then next day when they opened two and a half hours still nothing got done many times was just hung up on then call back promises that never happened they didn't even know the deals they had on their own website that was Tuttle Crossing Columbus Ohio then just got so mad I want North to Kent at Chapel Hill Mall and took care of business so I thought the manager said she would take the TV to the front himself to park in the fire lane and they would load the TV but when my friends went to pick up TV they said no clue no paperwork nothing after 20 minutes it was suggested to check the computer I guess they forgot they had computers and within an hour they finally found the paperwork they are the most complacent people on a job I have ever met they want to mess around with large amounts of your money and then all of a sudden they don't know where anything is at I don't even give them one star nobody wants to do their job so we have to pay for it out of frustration and wait till they figure out how to get their head out of their ass I tried to post this with no stars but unless you post at least one star you cannot post your comment so I had to give one star undeservingly

  The policies of Best Buy are always great and the prices and selection as well. However, the staff seemed rushed to be done with the customers even though it wasn't busy. They wanted to get back to their conversations among other employees. Better management needed.
